Creating sustainability
Our Endowment Sustainability
Program (ESP) has helped 144 local
charities build long-term financial
resilience since launching in 2013.
Of those, 110 organizations now hold
at least one endowment fund at ECF
— including 28 that started their funds
after completing the program. This
includes Fringe Theatre Adventures,
which works year-round to support
local artists and produce innovative
performances. To build long-term
financial stability, the organization
joined ESP in 2022. Through hands-
on training and strategic guidance,
Fringe Theatre Adventures has
developed a stronger approach to
endowment building and legacy
giving — ensuring its creative impact
can continue for generations.
With ECF’s

support, we’ve grown
our endowments
– these essential
investments help
ensure Fringe
Theatre remains
in service to the
creative community
for years to come.
